Spring Types and Features
Coil Sprung
Coil Sprung is the traditional type of spring found in most mattresses. These are coiled wires that are linked together in a metal net frame. These springs are also called Bonnell Sprung.
Pocket springs

Individual springs enclosed in separate flexible fabric pockets. The pockets are attached to adjacent pockets. This allows independent movement of each spring creating a more responsive feel.
Continuous Sprung
Coil springs linked together in one chain instead of the standard metal criss-cross metal connection.
Mini-Spring
Mini-springs are coil, pocket or continuous spring mattress that are shorter than normal and are laid on top of a normal nest of springs to prolong the life of the mattress.
Unicase technology
Unicase Edge technology is an outer casing holding the springs into position to help increase support and prevent spreading.
